If we colonized on other planets, would anything happen to the planets if the end of world (Earth) happened?

Ok. Say, sometime in the future, we invented successful space travel and colonized on other planets and Armageddon (NOT Rapture) happened on Earth. What would happen to the other planets? I'm guessing it would be - Humans: 1, God: 0. What do you think? Just thought I might share this interesting question.
