My ideas for colonizing planets?

People are being creative. Just look at you. I like your imaginative approach. Who says it's going to be NASA or the European Space Agency that will come up with the ideas? Just look at the plans to provide short hops into space from the Mohave Space Port. You just keep dreaming your dreams. There are lots of problems to colonizing planets. You'll have to find ways to deal with the intense heat on Venus as well as the poisonous and corrosive gases. Uranus is so far away from the Sun. So it would need a heat and light source. Ganymede - is it big enough? Mars sounds the best bet of them all. But what about exposure to radiation from space due to lack of a protective atmosphere? However, why not also consider how to get there. We need much better and much faster and larger spacecraft. Then there's the question of how to provide artificial gravity.
