Why would Outback think it can do better than Bugaboo Creek?

There was a Bugaboo Creek the next town over from me but it was never really busy and it ended up closing down a few months ago. Now I hear its going to become an Outback Steakhouse. There was a Uno's next to it that became an IHop which is understandable because they're completely different restaurants but to me it seems like the Outback probably won't last more than 6 months either.
