Will man colonize other planets by the year 2100?

No way. Look where are we now. We have this economy crisis that you don't see countries who would really doing on space things. And second we should build a space ship to be very fast (our fastest space rocket would fly on mars 6 months!!!!). And problem of food. Ah there are many things so I say NO.
