Where do you see the U.S 1000 years from now, if we're still around?

Let's say humans still managed to survive for the next 1000 years. Where do you see the U.S in the year 3011? Still a sovereign country and with my planets colonized in space and as free as ever? Or divided into many smaller countries? Or, the worst option, under a one-world government?
