The main problem here is you are getting reinfected. They could completely cure it and it sounds like you will just get it again. You have staph someplace in your home. The best thing you can do is to evaluate your living conditions and try to find the source of the staph and stamp it out. That means clean sheets often, etc. You don't want IV antibiotics if you can avoid it.
