How fast would spaceships have to be for people to reach Alpha Centauri?

At the speed of light it would take 4.3 years to get there from the perspective of the people left behind on Earth. To the crew of the spaceship,the effect of time dilation would make the trip seem like little more than an instant. Colonization would take longer,depending on the people and materials sent to the new world(s).
