Liars and conartixts in the courtroom?

walnut creek california i had a veitnamese landlord file a bogous civil restraining order in where every word was a lie and when i went to court the judge was asking her questions everything she said was a lie she knew she filed a false order on me the only thing she said to the judge was she was scaired of what i was going to do the judge interpitated her shakeing as being scared of me and i interpitated her shakeing as her afraid of getting cought for fileing a false restraining order on me either way the judge didnt ask me any questions didnt care about any evedance i had and didnt even attempt to read the police reports i had or anything else and said her shaking said everything and gave her a one year restraining order the judge openly treated me like i was a piece of crap and convicted a completely innocent man. what can i do to have this case reheard.iam a very low income
