Protein conditioner question?

I use organic products namely natures gate tea tree shampoo , and pomengrante conditioner. There is a conditoner i wanted to try at my gnc called mill creek keratin conditioner. Its organic. A lot of people say that keratin shampoos and conditioners will cause hair loss is this true? WOuld it be safe to use?
